Meet the county staff
Nayler lives in York, PA with his wife Darlene and two children. He received his bachelor’s in Management from Penn State Harrisburg. Nayler worked as a caseworker for York County Children, Youth and Families for 12 years and Cumberland County Children and Youth Services for a year. As a caseworker, he was troubled by the
challenges he saw in the child welfare system and believed true and lasting change was possible. When Nayler learned about Keystone Family Alliance in October 2022, he identified with the vision and mission of the ministry, and saw it as an avenue for positive change. After experiencing burnout, he resigned as a caseworker in January 2023 with a strong conviction to pursue the Keystone Family Alliance York County Coordinator position. Nayler is thrilled to be a part of the Key Fam team. Nayler counts it a privilege to play a part in what God is doing by mobilizing the Church to make a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable children and families and to restore their hope for a brighter future.Nayler loves to spend time with his wife and children, playing family games, being outdoors and going on long drives. He enjoys reading, playing music, and having good conversations about important things in life.
