Meet the county staff
Ryan and his wife, Sarah, are residents of Carlisle, where they live with their three children, ages three to seven. Ryan joined Keystone Family Alliance in October 2025 after the Lord moved his family’s heart to champion the cause of vulnerable children. He is an alumnus of California University of Pennsylvania, holding a
Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Ryan also serves full-time as a pilot in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. The Cummings family can usually be found hiking in central Pennsylvania or embarking on some other adventure at the behest of their children.
