Meet the county staff
Bobbie and her husband, Robert, have lived in Clearfield County for 26+ years and have raised three (3) children of their own. Over the last several years, the Johnsons have also served as primary kinship caregivers for their two precious grandchildren, gaining valuable experience with the child welfare system
and custodial issues as they pertain to formal and informal kinship foster families. Bobbie's heart for these families led to establishing a non-profit organization to support these families holistically across the Central PA region and, through God's leading, is blessed to continue this work for all foster families through Keystone Family Alliance. Additionally, Bobbie serves families in recovery, who have been impacted by Substance Use Disorder by leading a weekly support group through her home church. The Johnsons enjoy spending time together outdoors around the campfire, riding bikes, and visiting with extended family.
