Adoption Swaption

Adoption Swaption is a Mission founded in 2018 under the Open Door Baptist Church to serve and support Adoptive, Foster, Custodial, Kinship and Guardianship Families throughout Central PA by meeting their tangible and spiritual needs with Biblical Integrity. This includes a clothing exchange facility.

JFS

JFS stands for the child, behind our families, and with each other. We have a robust post-permanency program, as support should not end at adoption. As a smaller agency, we offer families individualized service, mentorship, and support.

Supportive Housing Improving Foster Transition (SHIFT) is a nonprofit organization that provides affordable housing and support to young adults aging out of the foster care system.

SWAN: State Wide Adoption Network

The Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN) is a partnership among the Department of Human Services (DHS), the Pennsylvania Adoption Exchange, public and private adoption agencies, organizations, advocates, judges, the legal community, and foster and adoptive parents.
