Fostering Hope

Fostering Hope provides biological, foster, adoptive, and kinship families a place to "shop" for free clothing, toys, shoes, hygiene products, etc.

Green Meadow Farm

Green Meadow Farm is a privately owned, non-profit created specifically to help children and youth overcome struggles produced by trauma and emotional difficulties. Individualized mentoring opportunities are provided free of charge. Our hope is that through the interaction with horses and farm life they can experience healing in God's love.

Growing Minds

Growing Minds works closely with psychologists who determine the true cause of learning issues through cognitive and achievement testing, in order to get to the bottom of learning struggles, to provide a long-term solution in about 6 months. A brain-training program is built to target improvement of student's cognitive weaknesses. Our goal is to create independent learners/readers.

JFS

JFS stands for the child, behind our families, and with each other. We have a robust post-permanency program, as support should not end at adoption. As a smaller agency, we offer families individualized service, mentorship, and support.

Justice Works

Justice Works provides support for biological parents looking to reunify with their children, and also provides a variey of social and life skills classes and activities for youth who are aging out/have aged out of foster care.

Lancaster County Children and Youth

The Lancaster County Children and Youth Social Service Agency is a public child welfare agency mandated to provide protection services to Lancaster County's children and their families. The Agency investigates all reports of child abuse and neglect and provides intervention services to address safety threats and risk factors and stabilize the family. The Agency's mission is to address the safety, permanency and well-being of children and youth at risk of abuse and neglect.

Lifepoint Counseling Services

Lifepoint believes we are created for relationship and when we struggle in those areas in the present, or from our past, we often experience personal and relational hardships. In addition, healing is a process, a journey, and there is no one path for everyone to follow. The journey of therapy should be mapped out by both the experiences of the client, and the therapist, in ways to bring personal, relational growth and restoration.

Little Springs Farm

Little Springs Farm offers Trauma-Informed Equine Assisted Learning, Recreational Riding, and Trauma-Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. Equine Assisted Learning can help people experiencing trauma heal. Trauma can have a significant impact on how we respond to and connect with those around us, limiting our ability to build and sustain healthy relationships. The good news is, we are not stuck with these habits forever!
