Big Brothers Big Sisters operates under the premise that one caring adult (Big) can make a significant difference in the life of a child (Little). Big Brothers Big Sisters enrolls children aged 5-16 years to match them in one-on-one mentoring relationships that center on doing quality-time activities together. Currently, the program has site-based and community-based options.

Catholic Charities Adoption Services & Specialized Foster Care

Catholic Charities offers help, hope and support to thousands of individuals and families in 15 PA counties. They provide social services to people of all faiths at minimal or no cost to the client. Their mission is rooted in our commitment to support families and children in need, regardless of faith.

Christian Alliance for Orphans (CAFO)

The Christian Alliance for Orphans unites more than 200 respected organizations and 850+ church members. Our joint initiatives inspire and equip Christians to effectively live out the Bible’s call to care for orphans and vulnerable children.

Dauphin County Children & Youth

Dauphin County Social Services for Children and Youth is a public agency dedicated to the Safety, Permanency and Well-being of children and families. They ensure these three principles through effective family engagement, community outreach and best practices for prevention and intervention when necessary. They train and educate our staff to engage in best practices to assure a child centered family focused approach to empower and engage the families of Dauphin County.

Jewish Family Service of Greater Harrisburg, Inc.

Each year, JFS transforms the lives of thousands of community members, providing critical, life sustaining services and programs that lead to healthier, more enriching lives. Their services include foster care and adoption services, counseling for children, teens, and adults, and many more. Their services are extended to families in the neighboring counties of Cumberland, York, Schuylkill, Lancaster, and Lebanon.

Justice Works

Justice Works provides support for biological parents looking to reunify with their children, and also provides a variey of social and life skills classes and activities for youth who are aging out/have aged out of foster care.

Pennsylvania State Resource Family Association

PSRFA advocates for all those who care about children and their families. We work supportively with foster, adoptive, and kinship families, and with local foster parent associations and agencies who care for the children they serve.

SWAN: State Wide Adoption Network

The Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN) is a partnership among the Department of Human Services (DHS), the Pennsylvania Adoption Exchange, public and private adoption agencies, organizations, advocates, judges, the legal community, and foster and adoptive parents.

Youth Advocate Program (YAP)
