Meet your Coordinator
Sarah and her husband, Jeff, have two biological sons, Asa and Zion, and served as house parents to twenty-one children in foster care. Sarah worked as a case manager at Children’s Home Society of Central Florida before returning to her home state of Pennsylvania, where she now resides in Lancaster County. Sarah is a Licensed Social Worker and has a Master of Social Work from Millersville University. She is passionate about connecting the Family of Christ to the needs of the vulnerable children in their neighborhood. The Millers love to spend their free time outdoors, in the forest or at the beach, they are always looking to soak up some sunshine.

Christian Alliance for Orphans (CAFO)
The Christian Alliance for Orphans unites more than 200 respected organizations and 850+ church members. Our joint initiatives inspire and equip Christians to effectively live out the Bible’s call to care for orphans and vulnerable children.
Lancaster County Children and Youth
The Lancaster County Children and Youth Social Service Agency is a public child welfare agency mandated to provide protection services to Lancaster County's children and their families. The Agency investigates all reports of child abuse and neglect and provides intervention services to address safety threats and risk factors and stabilize the family. The Agency's mission is to address the safety, permanency and well-being of children and youth at risk of abuse and neglect.

Families United Network
Families United Network, Inc. is dedicated to strengthening families by providing children and youth with a safe, nurturing, community environment through a continuum of services, which focuses on reunification or permanency.
Motivated by Christian faith, COBYS Family Services provides foster care, adoption, counseling, family life education and permanency services for children and families at risk in Lancaster County and the surrounding area.
