Meet your Coordinator
Jill and her husband, Ron, have 3 biological children and currently 2 foster children in their home. The Conzo family opened up their home to foster care in 2021. They are passionate about caring for these children from hard places and immediately saw an opportunity within the church community to help support foster families. Through prayer and God's divine timing, the Conzo's knew they were to be a voice and advocate for these children within Blair County!

Christian Alliance for Orphans (CAFO)
The Christian Alliance for Orphans unites more than 200 respected organizations and 850+ church members. Our joint initiatives inspire and equip Christians to effectively live out the Bible’s call to care for orphans and vulnerable children.
Blair County Children Youth & Families
Blair County Children, Youth, and Family (BCCYF) is the county government agency with the responsibility of responding to the community's concerns regarding the safety of children in our county. BCCYF serves families in which there is child abuse, neglect, or risk for those to occur.
Blair Hope for Families
There are many items, events, and experiences that foster children often miss out on that are part of a typical childhood and family. Our goal at Blair Hope is to raise the monetary funding to provide a more typical childhood and family experience. Independent Living skill-building and support services are also offered, as well as financial grant funding for adopting families.
Impact Counseling Services, LLC
Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.

Evolution Counseling Services, LLC is a multidisciplinary behavioral health care agency that offers an array of evidence based programming and unique opportunities for growth and healing to the youth and families of Blair County. Our focus is to provide strengths focused, evidence-based, performance measured, cost-effective, quality treatment that is person centered and consumer driven. Our mission is to provide proven programming, create, promote, and maintain a positive customer relationship with our consumers, key stake holders, associates, staff, and our community.
